Guidelines for Making Returns:

In order to serve you in the best possible manner, please read and follow this Product Return Policy

We are not responsible should a package be stolen after delivery.

I. Incorrect Order

Domestic: If you receive a product that is incorrect please email us at doctorchoicesupplements@gmail.com with the invoice number and incorrect product. We will only accept returns for products that are brand new, unopened, and have not been tampered with(including exterior labels/wrapping) All Returns and Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the purchased item(s).

International: We do not accept any returns on International Orders, all sales are final and we are not responsible for customs fees or packages that get held by customs.

ll. Damaged or Defective Product

If you have received any product that has been damaged in shipping (broken, leaking, etc.) please contact us immediately at doctorchoicesupplements@gmail.com with the name of the product, invoice number, issue with the product and a picture if possible. We will ship you a new product free of charge. Our sincere commitment is to provide you with the very best quality products, therefore we offer a 100% replacement product warranty. This means that if you receive a nutritional product that is defective due to our fault, (spoiled, moldy, etc.) we are happy to replace the product for you at no charge. (Does not apply to international orders)

lll. Missing Product

If a product is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at doctorchoicesupplements@gmail.com with the invoice number and product missing. We will send you your missing product free of charge.

Backorders: If the product is back-ordered it will be sent free of charge as soon as the product is back in stock.

IV. Returning Product

  1. Return within 30 Days: if for whatever reason you wish to return your item(s) simply contact us at doctorchoicesupplements@gmail.com with the invoice number and product(s) you wish to return.
  2. Product must be unopened: We do not accept returned items that have been opened-NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure you are absolutely sure about your item(s) before you open them.
  3. Clean Labels: No scuff Marks, smears, tears, water damage, ink marks etc.
  4. Storage: Our products are very sensitive to light and heat and therefore must be stored at room temperature.
  5. Adequate wrapping: To ensure that the products are returned to us in an undamaged state, please pack all items in adequate protective wrapping.
  6. Labeling and shipping the package: Please type or print clearly and neatly on the package and include your return address on the outside of the box. Send packages via USPS or UPS to:
