Optimal Zinc-Oxy Spray combines two OHS formulas with a saline solution to deliver nutritional support for immediate relief to your nasal passages and antimicrobial nutrients into your lungs. This is our strongest immediate relief formula for nasal and lung nutritional support.

Zicam used zinc gluconate (C12H22O14Zn) and zinc acetate (ZnC₄H₆O₄) as their zinc source. These are artificially created molecules using elemental zinc with carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen.
