Recommended Use: Massage a few drops of Premier Castor Oil directly into the skin, especially chapped, cracked or rough skin.
To alleviate constipation: Take 1 tsp. in 4 oz. warm, purified water before bed. May be taken a few times a day on empty stomach for severe constipation.
Core Castor Oil Pack: For superior results, apply 1 tablespoon of Castor Oil on a 1 layer of 6"x8" cotton flannel (which can also be purchased from our site) Mix 1/2 tsp. of turmeric into the oil. Place the flannel pack on a target body area; apply gentle heat for 20 minutes. Discard pack after each use. Recommended for use several times per week.
