It never arrived. For some reason the email indicating the order had shipped contained no tracking information. Two weeks later I called to find out what happened and was informed it was delivered 3 days after the order was placed. It's unlikely it was stolen. I suppose it's likely the local post office delivered it to the wrong building. I've placed many orders without issues through this office but due to the cost of shipping and the cost of these high quality supplements I prefer not to order again and then hope it arrives without incident so will not be placing any future orders. I wish you all the best for the future and appreciate all the service provided in the past.
